Do you offer fashions for all ages?

Most of our fashion accessories are tailored to all adults. We do have some children’s accessories, and can order other items in children’s sizes if you’re looking for something very specific. No matter what age group you fall into or what type of fashions you like, we’d love to help you look and feel great in your accessories.

Can I buy online?

Sure! We are an online store offering a friendly, fast and reliable service to all our customers. If you know exactly what you want and are sure of the size, ordering online can be a great choice. Where possible, sizing information is made available on all our products in the item description; however if you need any further information then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Postage and Packaging

All our products are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) on receipt of order.

P&P is free of charge to all UK Mainland customers only via Royal Mail, 1st Class Delivery. If you would like to receive your items sooner, then Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Delivery is available for a small fee – please contact us for further details.

Please allow a minimum of 2 days to receive your order after receiving your dispatch confirmation email.

If buying from outside of the UK Mainland or abroad, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery options. 

What if I need to return something?

Returns are fast and easy. We hope that you are satisfied with your products; however if you would like to return your item, please contact us by email quoting your order reference to discuss details and we will endeavour to arrange an exchange or refund for you. You’ll need your receipt, and the item has to be un-worn and still have its tags. 

Where do your products come from?

We buy our products from all over the country and the world. Our goal is to stay on the cutting edge of fashion-forward options, but also to carry timeless, elegant pieces for those who like their look to be more traditional. Both are great options, depending on what you enjoy and the event you’ll be attending. If you need a specific style of item, please do email us and we’ll be happy to see if we can get it for you!

Can I afford my new look?

With us? Absolutely! You can find plenty of fashionable products that aren’t that expensive, and you don’t need to break the bank to purchase your new accessories. Please contact us, or browse around the site, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how little our accessories costs for the quality you’re getting. There’s a lot of great value to be had!

How often do you have sales?

We have sales at least once per month. It’s usually at the end of the month, but we will also run holiday sales, or discounts on stock that have been in the online store for a while.

Our events calendar lets you know when these sales are coming up, so be sure to take a look at it and make a note of our next planned sale!
